I’ve been collecting my thoughts on management and leadership, maybe for a book, maybe a talk - some way of communicating them more widely.
It has been my contention for a long time that tech companies require a leadership approach that is very broad and very flexible: a constant dance between structure and uncertainty, constraint and expansion, rationality and emotion.
