Come and Help Me Debug a Talk
I’ve been collecting my thoughts on management and leadership, maybe for a book, maybe a talk - some way of communicating them more widely.
It has been my contention for a long time that tech companies require a leadership approach that is very broad and very flexible:  a constant dance between structure and uncertainty, constraint and expansion, rationality and emotion.
I have a talk framing this, which I’d say is in early alpha :-)  Come and help me debug it on Feb 22nd in South Park, San Francisco at 7pm.  Would love your thoughts and feedback.  Sign up here, or just email me.   Looking forward to seeing you!  (Yes.  It’s free).
